Publication Ethics

The International Journal of Advanced Research and Convergence (IJARC) is committed to maintaining high standards of academic integrity, research ethics, transparency, and responsible scholarly publishing. The journal follows recognized principles of publication ethics, including relevant guidance from the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Authors are responsible for ensuring that submitted manuscripts are original, properly cited, and not simultaneously submitted or previously published elsewhere. Research must be conducted in accordance with applicable ethical, legal, and institutional requirements. Where applicable, authors must provide information regarding ethical approval, informed consent, permissions, and responsible handling of personal or sensitive data.

All authors should have made meaningful contributions to the work and should approve the final manuscript. Any relevant conflicts of interest must be disclosed.

Manuscripts undergo appropriate editorial assessment and peer review. Editors and reviewers are expected to maintain confidentiality, impartiality, and independence and to disclose any conflicts of interest.

Authors must respect copyright and intellectual property rights and obtain necessary permissions for third-party material.

IJARC is committed to maintaining the integrity of the published record. Where necessary, the journal may issue corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions in accordance with the circumstances and applicable ethical standards.

Concerns regarding plagiarism, research misconduct, authorship, conflicts of interest, or other ethical issues may be investigated by the journal and appropriate action may be taken.
